The feeling that you’re not doing “enough” is a common problem. One way to deal with it is to stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone is different, and the right pace for someone else isn’t necessarily the right pace for you. Another thing you can do is keep a list of daily accomplishments, no matter how small. Each task you do takes energy, and it’s important to recognize what you’re accomplishing and how far you’ve come instead of focusing on what’s not getting done. This is a technique I use myself and recommend to my coaching clients.
